At Ray Auto Group, we understand the value of our dedicated employees who work tirelessly day in and day out to ensure our customers have the best experience possible. To show our gratitude and appreciation, we hosted an Employee Appreciation Day on Friday, September 22nd at our Fox Lake Chevy dealership, Ray Chevrolet. This year, we transported our team to a tropical paradise with a Margaritaville-themed celebration like no other.
A Taste of Margaritaville
From the moment our employees stepped into the dealership, they were greeted with a vibrant and festive atmosphere. Our Fox Lake Chevrolet dealership was transformed into a Margaritaville oasis, complete with beach-themed decorations, and tropical music. To kick off the day on an inspirational note, we invited guest speakers to share some of their stories and lessons that not only motivated our team but also reminded us of the importance of teamwork and dedication in our industry. We believe that no celebration is complete without great food, and Employee Appreciation Day was no exception. We catered lunch from Kevin’s Creative Catering, a local favorite.
Raffle Extravaganza
One of the most anticipated parts of the day was our exciting raffle. We had a range of fantastic prizes up for grabs, including lottery tickets, gift cards to popular local businesses, and even a paid day off – a cherished opportunity for our hardworking team to relax and recharge. One lucky employee won the grand prize – a getaway to a Wisconsin Dells Waterpark! Every employee left with a special token of our appreciation. Each team member received a personalized gift to show our gratitude for their hard work.
