However, despite being larger than the Trax, the new Trailblazer is in fact lighter with regard to curb weight.”
The 2021 Trailblazer weighs in at 2,996 pounds for its lightest model. The Chevy Trax weighs in at 3,124 pounds. This means that the Trailblazer is not only larger than the Trax, but it is also lighter. The 2021 Chevy Trailblazer also has some impressive performance, which makes this vehicle a great option.
In the Trailblazer, you will have the option of two different engines. The first engine option is a 1.2-liter turbocharged engine that gives you 137-horsepower and 162 pound-feet, and the second option is a 1.3-liter turbocharged engine that gives you 155-horsepower and 174 pound-feet of torque. This is more torque and horsepower than the Chevrolet Trax with its 138-horsepower and 148 pound-feet of torque 1.4-liter turbocharged engine.
