Ray Chevrolet was just awarded the 2023 Consumer Satisfaction Award by DealerRater, a leading car dealer review and reputation management platform and company of Cars.com. The Consumer Satisfaction Awards recognize the top 10% of auto dealerships delivering exceptional customer service as rated by online reviews.
To qualify for a Consumer Satisfaction Award, a dealership must have a minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the previous calendar year, a minimum of 1 review in each calendar quarter of the previous calendar year, and an average rating greater than 4.0 (out of a maximum of 5.0) for reviews received during the previous calendar year. Dealers also must not have been blacklisted during the previous calendar year.
